Not-for-profit status

The association exists to pursue its purpose and does not distribute profits to members, directors, or officers.

Surplus funds

Any surplus funds are retained by the association and may be applied toward future purpose-aligned projects, resources, or operational sustainability.

Expense reimbursement

Directors or members may be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred on behalf of the association, in accordance with approved policies. No remuneration is paid for services.

Decision-making

Strategic direction and project selection are overseen by the association’s committee or board, guided by the association’s values, purpose, and constitution.
